[EnergyPlus_Support] Water Loop Heat Pump System Simulation

Hello,

I recently joined Energyplus group and have following few questions.

Is it possible to use E+ in English units (inch lbs)?

If we have to run several cases with different plant or system
options, 
(loads are same), can we simulate them in one file or each case will
be 
simulated separately?

Is it possible to simulate water loop heat pump system with cooling 
tower and boiler?
