Dear all,
There is a real 5-story building. Each room has a fancoil unit to
serve. Each floor has a centralized outside air unit.Cooling source is
centralized chillers and heating source is steam.

I simply "zone" each floor to 4 zones. And i use fan coil unit:4 pipe
as the terminal unit for each zone.Problem come:In the fancoil unit
definition, each unit has its own outside air mixer. But in the real
system, there is a centralized outside air unit, and it serve for one
whole floor. Then how to define it???

Which reasonable system should i select?

   Thanks.
   pch
