Thanks for your help.
You have mentioned that the design control type should not include a "0" control type. However, most of the examples were shown  "0" value at either summerdesignday or winterdesingday. Would you mind giving me an advice to me.

1.  There is another misspelling/typo.

You have several node lists:

NODE LIST,
     Duct Heater Setpoin Nodes AHU-1,  !- Node List Name

but later reference as

     Duct Heater Setpoint Nodes AHU-1

Since in the context where you enter them it can be either a Node 
Name or a Node List, it assumes (since it can't find a node list) 
that it is a new node name.

2.  Your design schedules should probably be different than your 
"simulation" schedules.

So, your design control types should not include a "0" control type 
nor setbacks for temperatures.  Ergo, your design days should 
probably be "SummerDesignDay", "WinterDesignDay" so that you can 
design for certain conditions and then do the actual analysis with 
your "simulation" conditions.

3.  You may need to look pretty carefully at the inputs to the EIR 
Chiller.  They seem to be suspect though that may be a side effect of 
something else.
