[EnergyPlus_Support] weather converter

I tried to use the Weather Converter but it did not run and I had the
following error message:

Run-time error '53'
File not found: EPlusWth

I also tried using old releases, but I had always the same error ...
Could you help me to understand how to solve the problem?
