It's better if you SIZE for the 24 hour operation but then RUN on the
actual operation you want. That's why many of the sizing input files
have "SummerDesignDay", "WinterDesignDay" for sizing but don't "Run"
them (ref: Run Control) and use weather simulations to illustrate the "run".
