[EnergyPlus_Support] load analysis

Dear all,
i'm puzzled for the zone design cooling load after a simulation.i
found that time of the peak cooling load of some zones is intricate.for
example:

Zone Sizing, 1F_9, Cooling, 895.09 , 0.66339E-01, 0.66339E-01,
SUMDAY, 00:15:00, 29.600 , 0.19897E-01

Zone Sizing, 1F_4, Cooling, 1253.5 , 0.92903E-01, 0.92903E-01,
SUMDAY, 00:30:00, 29.600 , 0.19897E-01

these two zones faces west, but the time of peak is 00:15:00,is it
possibel?

  thanks
  pch
