[EnergyPlus_Support] Nodes and branches

Dear all:

Just 2 simple questions:

The nodes(all) are declared in "node list" or can they be declared 
allong the way, for example, while we do the branches?

Second questions, after I do the branches, do I have to fill the 
branch list or does it fills itself?
