[EnergyPlus_Support] Solar Heat Gain

hi,
 
i'm trying to model a large convention centre and i'm only interested 
on the effects of a large louvre system on the solar heat gain on the 
adjacent interior space.  The model that i have in autocad doesn't 
have enclosed zones, just ones corresponding to different parts of the 
model, like one for the roof, louvres etc.  I was wondering if i can 
model this in energyplus without worrying about having the enclosed 
zones, just to find the w/m2 incindent on the facade?
