The "Electric Input to Cooling Output Ratio Function of Part Load Ratio Curve" 
goes negative below PLR=0.5.  The curve object "EIRCORPLR Air Cooled" needs 
different coefficients.

The chiller model should not have accepted these inputs, and a change request 
will be made to protect against this.
