[EnergyPlus_Support] System Sizing Questions

I am modeling a mixed-function building, with offices and labs. The
offices are served by a VAV system and the labs by CAV + induced
terminal units.

I let Energyplus handle the equipment sizing issue, since I do not
really know what the sizes should be. However, I am getting very
strange results: the supply air temperature setpoint can not be
maintained (I set it as 11.7oC) most of the time during winter and
summer. The indoor temperature is getting very high in the summer,
and sometimes low in the winter.

I tried to increase the sizing factor, but it did not help. I also
tried to increase the water flow rate in the cooling coil, and
change sizing conditions (design air inlet and outlet conditions)
for the coil, it still did not work. In addition, when I increased
the coil sizing, I got lots of warnings with regard to the maximum
iteration. I do not understand what the problem is and what else I
should do.

I have uploaded the file, namely Autosize.idf, into the files area.
Please, give me some hint here. I will greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Chaoqin
