[EnergyPlus_Support] optics data

Dear all,
i want to learn how can i transfer optics data to idf file? Have to i
enter all optics data manually?
and when i select spectral choice in window construction, i have to define
name of spectral data. optics program gives three different datas so if i
have to enter these datas as windowglassspectraldata, which data will i
define in "name of spectral data".
the other question is i can't understand the relation between spectral
behaviour of glass and angular dependent characteristics of glass? in help
manual it is said "energyplus first calculates transmittance and
absorbtance vs. angle of incidence for each wavelength." is it means
energyplus also calculates angular dependence transmittace vs. without
defining spectral data but not for each wavelength.
as you see i am very confused and i need your help.
