To use the "CSV" designation, the weather converter uses the CSV 
definition as it puts out a CSV file from a EPW.  What you probably 
want is a "Custom" format where you tell the weather converter more 
of what is in your files.

All of these are discussed in the Auxiliary Programs document that 
describes the weather converter.

It looks like perhaps you are using the "real-time" weather that is 
available from NREL?  I have not tried to use that recently and 
perhaps for April 2006 release, we will include a "custom" 
description of one of those files.
