[EnergyPlus_Support] Plant loop with HeatPump:WaterToWater:ParameterEstimation:Cooling

Dear group:

 

I have noticed that whenever I use a
?HeatPump:WaterToWater:ParameterEstimation:Cooling? or
?HeatPump:WaterToWater:ParameterEstimation:Heating? object in a plant loop
the pump will run continuously although there is no load (and the pump is
defined as intermittent) or the Control Scheme Schedule is off.

 

Can it be a bug or is it a problem with my files?
