[EnergyPlus_Support] ASHRAE thermal comfort standarts

Dear All,
i define KSU thermal comfort report type and output error reports includes
uncomfortable hours according to ASHRAE 2005 standarts. But i have no idea
what these standarts are. i have checked engineering references but it
also give refers to ASHRAE standarts.
Can anybody give me information about what these standarts includes, e.g.
thermal comfort temperature, humidity, air velocity etc.etc.
