That's a good question.  I'm not sure.  The only 
interior window example file we have uses single 
glazing;  I suppose to be safe, you would reverse the layers.

I don't remember when the window had to be called 
"WindowConstruction".  The Window can be called 
whatever -- I've seen many different ones 
used.   You can also have multiple Window5 files 
but would have to put in their names (path name 
optional -- but the whole string is limited to 60 
characters) in the CONSTRUCTION FROM WINDOW5 DATA FILE object.

For example,
CONSTRUCTION FROM WINDOW5 DATA FILE,
   my window 1,  ! Name
   DataSets\win51.dat;

would look for "my window 1" in file <from where 
energyplus.exe is>\DataSets\win51.dat

Or you can merge all your window 5 data files 
into one file -- just string together, but you'd 
have to name the window constructions uniquely.
