[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems bout the GSHP

Dear all:

    I tried to do a GSHP simulation.The system is fancoil and new air. 
I set an air primary loop to send new air into zones which has been 
conditioned to the indoor temp and humidity by the chiller.I 
used "ground heatexchanger:vertical"and "HeatPump:WaterToWater:
EquationFit:Cooling/heating".But the zone temp is not correct. It seems 
that there is no cold and heat get through zones.And the chiller water 
pump and the hot water pump are on all year round. But the schedule of 
the coils is right.I can not find the problem.I hope some body can help 
me.
