No.  Which operative temperature would you like to see?  The low temperature 
radiant systems use an operative temperature which is the average of the zone 
meant air temperature and mean radiant temperature.  The thermal comfort 
calculations (Pierce and KSU) use an operative temperature which is 
proportioned by Hc and Hr coefficients.
