[EnergyPlus_Support] Determining U-value of building/building elements

hi,

Can i determine U-value of the enitire building as a
whole and of individual elements in energy plus. At
present i am using Designbuilder as a interface for
Energy plus.

and are there any other options/software to determine
U-value of buildings.
