In a word, yes.

EnergyPlus Documentation is searchable. Open EPlusMainMenu.idf and
press the "search" button.

Look for "Internal Gains" -- especially People, Lights, etc. We have
an "Other" that you might be able to use for plants. Quantification
for plants could be problematic.
