The reason you are getting this error message if because BSPro is not 
installed on your computer.  BSPro is a middleware COM Server software 
package required for executing IFCtoIDF.  Since the BSPro web site has 
been moved, and the specific version of BSPro required by IFCtoIDF is 
not on the new site, you will not be able to properly install BSPro and 
IFCtoIDF at this time.

We will be working to correct these problems.  I will send out a notice 
when they have been corrected.
