I stand corrected. Downloading and installing the version of BSPro
available at http://www.granlund.fi/bspro does work with the current
version of IFCtoIDF.
You will not be able to authorize BSPro, but you can run IFCtoIDF for
the trial period without BSPro authorization. Olof Granlund is
correcting the BSPro authorization process. So that should be working
again soon.
