[EnergyPlus_Support] Window Thermal Conductance

Hello.
I have an input of single layer clear glass (thickness 0.003m;
Conductivity 0.56W/mK). In the EIO file, Conductance of the glass is
given as 6.174W/m2K, which is different from 0.56/0.003 W/m2K.
May I know how the value of conductance in EIO is obtained?
