[EnergyPlus_Support] Thermal bridging/Edge losses
Dear All
Anyone know the best way to include the extra conductance associated
with 'corners' for a room (sometimes known as edge losses) in
EnergyPlus?
I've seen a previous post suggesting typical bridging (e.g. stud walls)
should be done by adding a surface of the correct size and thermal
properties, or, by modifiying the overall thermal properties of a
single 'composite' surface. Is this still the best way?
Is there a way to include the concept of linear thermal resistance
(W/mK) given edge lengths?
Thanks
David.
