What do you mean by this statement?  We can work on that.  I have 
even recently done a "custom format" for TMY2 files that would get 
you past any problems.  (i.e. a file that was almost TMY2 but read in 
with other conversion factors).

I will gladly share that with you -- you would, of course, need to 
write a "def" file to accomodate it.
