[EnergyPlus_Support] Single Duct VAV no Reheat

Hello,
   
  I am modeling a Single Duct VAV:No Reheat. My question is:
   
  I have the Room Supply flow rate (1420 CFM), however, I know that there are 7.1 Air changes per hour. The 1420 CFM is the "Maximum Air Flow Rate (m3/sec)" parameter, but how do you model 7.1 air changes per hour? Or, is this a dependent variable, and it is not necessary to model 7.1 Air Changes/hr?
