[EnergyPlus_Support] internal gain of lights

Dear All,
We have to set the design level of lights in order to calculate internal
gain. And according to daylighting illuminance, the fraction of lights are
switch on or not. Does EnergyPlus consider that situation while
calculating the internal gains of lighting. I mean there is a relation
between the lighting consumption and daylighting illuminance but is there
also any relation between internal gain of lighting and daylighting?
