[EnergyPlus_Support] Error in HVAC Diagram

Dear all,
I have a processing error as follows:

ERROR - COULD NOT COMPLETE DRAWING! Examine ERR file for possible 
explanation.  Last Error Message is: "Diagram Pieces not linked 
(upstream): P8S PIU FAN".  This relates to a Single duct parallel 
PIU:reheat device.  There are no node errors listed in the err file.

Have done a detailed check of connections and all seems in order - can 
someone point to an area I could look for the possible cause?
