You will have to switch your "SurfaceGeometry" from WorldCoordinates 
to RelativeCoordinates to have it take the origins, etc into account.

Since you were originally in WorldCoordinates, you are probably okay 
to just do that but you should check Zone Origins and make sure they 
are all "0".  Windows and doors, in relative coordinate system, are 
relative to the zone origins -- not sure if that will be a problem in 
your building or not.
