1.2.3 is current release (1.3.0 is due out in about 2 weeks).
You'll get access to future releases.

I'm going to purchase a distribution license. It says that I should put
version 1.2.1 on the agreement. But right now it's already version 1.2.3.
So, which version should I fill in?
