[EnergyPlus_Support] Evaporative cooling question

Hi, group,

Is there any control schdule for the EvapCooler:Direct:CelDekPad. it
will be working in winter (suppose to be off) if I don't setup a
availability schedule. It should be control based on outside air
temperature, right?
