The EnergyPlus weather site does not have files in csv format.  Only 
epw, stat (statistics on the file) and zip files are listed (the zip 
file has the epw, stats and ddy files as applicable).  I am not sure 
what you're speaking of.

Which weather file is giving you problems if it is from the EPW site.

You can send the file directly to me, if you want.
