[EnergyPlus_Support] convertESOMTR

I updated and uploaded a version that I don't think will give the 
annoying "stop statement encountered".

   File        : /Updates/Windows/convertESOMTR.exe
   Uploaded by : lklawrie <linda@xxxxxxxxxx>
   Description : convertESOMTR will convert eso and mtr files to IP units.
