Elmer - take a look at the Mixing object. It might be usable in this
context.
It has to be used judiciously though since there is no overall air
balance being
performed. But in this case if the ultimate source of air is a large
zone (atrium),
this could work well emough. But you won't see lowered temperatures in
the corridor
and atrium, just higher temperatures in the offices. There's a delta T
trigger which
could mimic the opening & closing of doors. You'd have to estimate the
flow rate.
