[EnergyPlus_Support] Autosizing full FA with heat recovery

Hello all,

How can you autosize full fresh air when you have a heat recovery
system in an AHU. 

The system is a Heat recovery -> Mixer -> fan -> heating coil -> zone
-> return

In the past, I used an enconmizer to dummy up full FA control
throughout the year. However, I have to set the controller to BYPASS
in the Controller: OUTISIDE AIR which makes the old way impossible to
implement. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
