[EnergyPlus_Support] maximum supply air temperature

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate a VAV-system but I'm not able to control the maximum
air supply temperature in the zone.
In the winter the supply air temperature exceeds sometimes 40 degrees while
the air flow rate is always the minimum value that is allowed.

Does anyone know how to control the max temperature of the supply air in a
zone (after the reheat coil).
