[EnergyPlus_Support] Ground Heat Transfer programs

Are input files for the Ground Heat Transfer programs created using 
any text editor, or is there a special IDF editor that can be used to 
generate them? 

Must the input file be named "GHTin.idf " as suggested on page 81 of 
the Auxiliary Programs documentation (Ver 1.3), or can it have an 
arbitrary name as implied in the sample run command on the same page?

Is there an electronic sample IDF file for either of the ground HT 
programs included in the EPlus distribution?
