[EnergyPlus_Support] maximum iterations exceeded

Hi all,

I'm simulating an office building of 12 storeys and modelling a VAV 
system. 
I'm always getting errors in max iterations number during some 
specific hours and days. The main warning is about a not convergence 
in loads initialization and then there are warnings that in 
SImAirLoops maximum iterations were exceeded. This usually happens 
during the central hours of working days.
The maximum number of iterations is always displayed as "50" in the 
error report even if I set 20, 30 or 50 iterations!!!

I just added "Diagnostics, DisplayExtraWarnings;" but I didn't get 
any extra information; I also increased the number of iterations 
from 20 to 30, 40 and 50 without any result.

Have you any advice to solve this problem??
