There are known issues in EPW <-> Ecotect weather conversions as 
noted in our "Known Issues" document - CR 6516.  (Part of every 
EnergyPlus install).  We have not yet been able to resolve them.

One that you didn't mention is Ecotect's reading of certain files as 
more humid than should be.
