[EnergyPlus_Support] Compact HVAC Objects Expansion

When expanding COMPACT:HVAC objects describing VAV systems, the 
resulting "SINGLE:DUCT:VAV:REHEAT" Air Distribution Equipment objects 
are populated with incorrect data (some fields are shifted while 
others are missing the data all together). Editing the expanded file 
manually takes care of the issue. However, you might be intersted in 
investigating the cause of the problem. Please refer to the 
file "P977SFF-6-30b.IDF" in the "problem-submittals" folder.
