[EnergyPlus_Support] Standard vs. Daylight Saving Time

Standard vs. Daylight Saving Time

I created a weather file with daylight saving time. However, Energy 
Plus output calculates solar altitude angle for standard time. That 
mismatches the weather parameters with solar altitude and irradiation. 
Can somebody guide me hot to make E+ to calculate everything in 
daylight saving time?
