The command should be:

Report, Surfaces, DXF;

If you have surfaces >4 sides, you may wish to use:

Report, Surfaces.DXF, Triangulate 3d face;

So that the >4 sided surfaces appear as solid faces rather than 
wireframe/poly lines.

If you still can't figure it out, please upload the file to the 
Problem_Submittals area.
