[EnergyPlus_Support] Moisture transfer

I would like to simulate transfer of moisture from the outside 
surfaces of a basement into the conditioned space. 

1.) should the MTF method be used for this application and not the 
EMPD algorithm?

2.)Can I use "Othersidecoeff" boundary conditions when the MTF 
solution method is selected? 

3.) Is there a sample file containing moisture properties data for 
typical contruction materials?
