RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Room Temps in Zone without the help of an AHU

That is a difficult one! Maybe a radiant cooling system could be made
to work along side the AHU.

Another way would be to use Electric Equipment which works in reverse if
you put in negative values. But in order to meet a zone set point you
would have to work out a pretty complicated and lengthy schedule for the
negative gains.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Room Temps in Zone without the
help of an AHU

Hello all,

Is there any way to maintain zone temps at 21C if I have an AHU that
MUST supply air at 26C into the zone at a certain rate?

For instance, is there a 'chilled object' that would do what a
'baseboard heater' would do but only in reverse.

I would really appreciate any input.

Kind regards

-Elmer
