Typically people would create a "DesignDay"  that is of day type 
"SummerDesignDay" or "WinterDesignDay" and the simulation would use 
the SummerDesignDay/WinterDesignDay schedules when it executes those 
weather conditions.

Then, in an annual run, it would use only the normal weekdays with 
possible "special days" mixed in.
