Your understanding is correct.  You need a different annual/week schedule for 
each unique combination of design day and regular day schedules.  You may find 
it easier to generate this using the SCHEDULE:COMPACT approach rather than 
DAYSCHEDULE/WEEKSCHEDULE/SCHEDULE.
