[EnergyPlus_Support] Window calculation fatal error

Hi All,
   
  I'm trying to simulation a simple 5 zone single level Compact VAV block with windows and shades on all sides however the model failed to run stating:
   
  "**  Fatal  ** Singular matrix in LUdecomposition, window calculations"
   
  There are no warnings and no serve errors stated in the error file. Does anyone know how to remedy this problem?
