Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Window calculation fatal error

Remove the shades from the windows first to make sure it is not a 
problem with the windows. If the same error occurs you have a problem 
with the window construction. If the simulation completes successfully, 
had in a single shade and try again. Check the example file 
WindowTests.idf for examples of proper window and window/shade 
constructions.
