Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] connected surface warning and CSV File schedule



1.  EnergyPlus links the outside surface temperature for interzone surfaces.  
For example, assume Surface A and Surface B are linked.  When Surface A is 
simulated, its outside surface temperature is set to be the inside surface 
temperature of Surface B.  When Surface B is simulated, its outside temperature 
is the inside surface temperature of Surface A.  Because the link is made by 
temperature and not by heat flux, mismatched areas can result in violating 
conservation of energy.  Mismatched tilt or azimuth will not cause an error if 
the areas match.  However, these error messages are generated, because it may 
indicate the the wrong pair of surfaces have been linked to each other.

2.  A good suggestion.  I will add it to the wish list.
