[EnergyPlus_Support] connected surface warning and CSV File schedule

Hi guys,

  I have two questions:

 1) EnergyPlus issues a warning if two connected internal surfaces do not have the same area (I do understand that this should not be the case for most of the surfaces in a building), I was just wondering if someone could tell me what actually happens within EnergyPlus in this case? Does it take the average surface area for the heat transfer calculation? And related, what happens if one of the surfaces has a different tilt than the other one?

 2) I really like the SCHEDULE:FILE:COMMA object that was recently implemented. Unfortunately most of the CSV files I have and would like to import in this way are not hourly. Is there any plan to extend this object to account for more flexible intervals? How big of an effort would it be?

  Thanks for your insights.

  Tobias
