Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] No Design Heating Load



To elaborate further.  The goal of the zone sizing calculation is to determine 
the design supply air flow rate required by the zone to meet the load in the 
zone.  For an interior zone, it can be valid that there will be no design 
heating load, but that zone should show a cooling load and the air flow rate 
should be calculated according to that.  Of course, a user-specified flow rate 
will always override.  The outside air load becomes a factor when the coils in 
the air handling system are sized (SYSTEM SIZING).
